with them. My mom started doing them in 2015, I know it\u2019s a lot of time. This recipe is also on her blog &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/najsmaczniejsze.pl\/2015\/12\/szkolne-ciasteczka-ze-slonecznikiem\/\"><strong>najsmaczniejsze.pl<\/strong><\/a>, but in Polish &#8211; she made them when I was in my first year of school, so a lot of time ago. They are really easy to make, and for me, the smell of them in the oven reminds me of my childhood.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like always, ingredients go first, like ladies in the doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-text-subtitle is-style-text-subtitle--1\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 g blended oat flakes&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g sunflower seeds&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g chopped walnuts&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g sugar (my mom was always using 50 g white sugar and 50 g cane sugar)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50 g butter&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>50 g flour&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 egg almond flavouring&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>0.5 tsp baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you done preparing? Cool, same here. You should know, that preparing them will take you something around 30 &#8211; 40 minutes (20 minutes of boring waiting, i hope you prepared something to do in this time hahaha)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-default has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Cream the softened butter with the sugar. Add the egg and a few drops of almond essence \u2013 mix again.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the flour and baking powder to the butter, then add the blended oats, sunflower seeds, and finely chopped walnuts. Mix thoroughly.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form walnut-sized balls from the mixture, then gently flatten them with a teaspoon to form flat, round cookies.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F) and bake for 15-18 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now, my mum always told me to wait 3-5 minutes until eating them, so I recommend it to you too.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>When they are done, you have two options: pack them for later and think about them all the time, or eat them one night, because they are that much addictive.
